Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Terms (Digital PDF Products)

• Digital Content & Instant Access: All purchases of PDF study notes, online materials, and downloadable files are digital products. Because of the nature of digital goods, they cannot be "returned." Once access is granted or the download link is provided, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
• No Partial Refunds: We strongly advise students to read the PDF description, syllabus covered, and language details carefully before making a payment. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases or if you change your mind after downloading.

2. Exceptions & Payment Issues

• Duplicate or Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but money is deducted, or if your money is deducted twice for the same PDF due to a technical server error, the extra amount will be automatically verified and refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
• Technical Inaccessibility: If you purchase a PDF and are unable to download it due to a technical glitch on our website, or if the downloaded file is corrupted/blank, our technical team will prioritize your issue and provide a working copy within 24-48 hours.

3. Promotional Codes & Offers

• Discount Coupons: Any discount codes, coupon codes, or promotional offers applied during the purchase carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit refunds.
• Special Offers: Payments made for discounted promotional schemes or festive bundle offers are strictly non-refundable.

4. Policy Abuse & Account Suspension

• Misuse of Platform: If a user's account is suspended or banned due to policy violations (such as sharing login credentials, illegally distributing our premium PDF materials on Telegram/WhatsApp, or attempting to hack the system), the user will forfeit all rights to request any refund or file replacement.
